The AVP Partnership - Brands is focused on generating and partnering with marquee Consumer facing Online/offline brands in Travel, Marketplaces, Fashion, Grocery, F&B, OTT and more. It involves working with those partners through-out the lifecycle of the opportunity. This role develops tangible business opportunities resulting in adding new clients to the Twid Loyalty portfolio. This is a leadership profile of individual contributor with deep knowledge of loyalty and rewards business in the country. Past experience of working with leading players in this category is an added advantage.
1. Developing Qualified Pipeline::
a. Identify and create healthy pipeline of Consumer Online/offline brands in the country.
Represent Twid Unified Membership platform and Capabilities in prospect discussions.
c. Learn and understand the business issues of the prospect and their high level business model for the purpose of selecting the appropriate archival content and developing new with practice leaders as necessary to create a compelling pitch and proposal.
d. Understand the prospects key financial indicators necessary to measure performance of a potential loyalty schema.
e. Drive results by aggressively pursuing new business targets and taking decisive action in high-stake situations or conditions of uncertainty and finds ways to apply innovative ideas. Gets results that have a direct, sustained, positive impact on business performance.
a. Build relationships with key decision making stakeholders within each of our targeted prospects. Senior business leaders in loyalty, marketing, technology, procurement including C-Suite prospects in each of those disciplines.
b. Provide regular reporting in the success measures of the business and makes on-going recommendations for new/changes.
c. Own End to End Process – Closing Commercials, Deep Technology Integrations, Product Rollout and Testing, Launch Plan / Marketing, Go Live.
d. Using knowledge gained through prospect discussions & high level loyalty industry understanding, recommend appropriate enhancements to our service offerings, work with the product owners to ensure what we learn is mapped to our product development pipeline.
e. Act as mentor and guide to team, coaching them on business development qualification, closing business and other related tasks.
f. Act as a role model by creating an agile, change-adept culture, responding resourcefully to new demands, priorities, challenges or obstacles.
7+ years of relevant business experience.
Desired candidate will have experience selling loyalty marketing across all verticals specifically within all consumer online category.
Must have a high degree of business acumen with demonstrated success generating and closing new business.
Problem solving acumen using data driven and consumer centric approach.
Revenue generation, active customers, transaction focus.
Highly effective analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Well versed with Tech/Digital landscape.
Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and execute.
We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
1.Proven software development experience in PHP
2.Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications
