  • Product at twid is responsible for leading the teams that develop new products and features that improve the lives of our customers. You’ll work with teammates in data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, and research to bring ideas to life and achieve our goals.

Within 1 month, you will:
  • Hit the ground running. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, design, compliance, research, and our third-party partners and work with each group to ensure our vision, products, and progress are well understood
  • Become familiar with our targets, strategy, and vision
  • Start leading a cross-functional team to define new features & product specs, establish milestones, and direct the development, implementation, and evolution of new features
Within 3 months, you will:
  • Develop written requirements, define success metrics, and associated use-cases for new projects; shepherd projects from ideation to release; analyse performance; and iterate until we get things right
  • Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, recommend solutions, and solve increasingly complex business and technical problems that drive revenue and deliver results
  • Drive progress against our multi-year roadmap and ensure we’re doing the right things for the long-term
Within 6 months, you will:
  • Establish deep understanding of user behaviours and competitor landscape
  • Develop a systematic approach to experimenting, measuring and learning, with high velocity
  • Hold your team responsible for meeting OKRs; help remove obstacles from their path

Do You Have the Right Stuff?

As Payment Products Manager, you will be defining the way consumers will make payments using digital currencies, innovate for and with consumers. By virtue of this role, you will be leading the company’s growth by building and delivering innovative offerings in the market along with Merchants. You would be also responsible for maximising the potential of our new product launches through Go-to-market planning, marketing as well as execution.

What you will do as Payments Product Manager
  • Lead Product Growth: Re-create the consumer journey of Points + Pay and create new industry benchmark with success rates. Lead Issuers and Acquirer products along with reporting, analytics, reconciliation, settlement tools.
  • Go-Live: Own the end to end product go-live and work closely with business teams, merchant partners and technology teams.
  • Product Innovation: Launch new innovative Payment methods for customers that throttle customer delight and set new benchmark. Be on top of the voice of customer as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Work with Business and account management team to define and run campaigns for popularizing and generating demand of “Pay with Rewards” at online and app based merchants.
  • Go-to-Market: Devise a go-to-market strategy and execute this to perception alongside your cross-functional peers to successfully drive a given product launch into General Availability with the maximum possible impact. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus

What are we looking for?
  • 3+ Years of relevant Product Management, development and marketing experience.
  • Very strong knowledge, expertise and hold on Digital Payments, Merchant Solutions, Loyalty Programs, Consumer Product Development

  • Hands-on with technology stack (PhP, Java, is a must. Exposure to new scaling technologies) and tools used by the team and can lead by example. Lead tech-stack/infrastructure modernisation of internet scale systems, applications and services

  • We are looking for a payment partnership, marketing and solutioning professional to join our Rewards Issuer team. This role will be to drive solutioning, on-boarding and go-live execution for prospective loyalty partners, and drive go-to-market execution and growth for existing loyalty partners.

  • 1. New partnerships:
  • Identify, create prospects and on-board rewards issuers in banking, fintechs, travel, loyalty solution providers and channel loyalty etc

  • Commercial negotiations, development and delivery of the complete project plan to take Rewards Issuer go-live, followed by monitoring partnership objectives

  • 2. Business Growth:
  • Managing growth and identifying opportunities with existing partners and also working with internal cross functional team to build new solutions according to opportunity.
