Responsibilities
  • Build applications that will scale up! Work towards engineering systems that support 10,000 transactions per second!
  • Develop features/products based on a given set of requirements and design
  • Debug and fix customer issues
  • Participate in engineering processes including code reviews, peer reviews etc.

Requirements:
  • Great programming skills! Great with algorithms
  • VStrong knowledge of coding languages like PHP MVC frameworks. Experience in Laravel/Lumen is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a payment partnership, marketing and solutioning professional to join our Rewards Issuer team. This role will be to drive solutioning, on-boarding and go-live execution for prospective loyalty partners, and drive go-to-market execution and growth for existing loyalty partners.
  • The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in solutioning, delivering and managing large projects

  • 1. New partnerships:
  • Identify, create prospects and on-board rewards issuers in banking, fintechs, travel, loyalty solution providers and channel loyalty etc
  • Understand the prospect’s program level and financial key objectives and accordingly build partnership use-cases by leveraging the twid network.
  • Commercial negotiations, development and delivery of the complete project plan to take Rewards Issuer go-live, followed by monitoring partnership objectives
  • Build relationships with key decision making stakeholders within each of our targeted prospects including senior business leaders in bank products, loyalty, marketing, technology including C-Suite prospects in each of those disciplines
  • Using knowledge gained through prospect discussions & high level loyalty industry understanding, recommend appropriate enhancements to our service offerings, work with the product owners to ensure what we learn is mapped to our product development pipeline

  • 2. Business Growth:
  • Managing growth and identifying opportunities with existing partners and also working with internal cross functional team to build new solutions according to opportunity.
  • Solutioning with leading existing and new issuers in bank, loyalty, marketing companies from design to execute new products, campaigns from end to end.
  • Own the growth numbers with creative solutions, campaigning.
  • Provide regular reporting in the success measures of the business and makes on-going recommendations for new/changes
  • Act as a role model by creating an agile, change-adept culture, responding resourcefully to new demands, priorities, challenges or obstacles

Requirement :-
  • You have an MBA from a premium institute and have at least 5-8 years of relevant business experience working with Payments, Loyalty, banking or financial institutions

Responsibilities
  • Linux systems administration skills using CLI.
  • Proficient in AWS and Cloud technologies.
  • Comfortable working with various open-source technologies

As a part of the Impact Team, One would be responsible for various value-added services to be provided to Company's partner brands.   • Drive end-to-end data-driven user growth marketing campaigns for Pay with Rewards(Twid) with a focus on introducing users to new and existing offerings through various communication channels, targeted offers, gamification, and social media marketing campaigns thereby driving user acquisition and customer engagement.
  • Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user segmentation, and repeat behavior), and drive user growth programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and digital agencies.
  • Leverage Clevertap to analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to drive immediate impact and drive MTUs, New customer acquisition, and retention targets.
  • Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users, and generate actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy and ultimately optimize funnels.
  • Excellent proficiency in using Clevertap, SQL, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tech tools to analyze and optimize customer journeys to fuel product adoption, develop roadmaps, and set clear milestones leading to the achievement of successful business KPIs.
  • Be comfortable and confident by creating and analyzing reports for discussions with leadership.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with a core focus on growth levers such as acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup where you helped grow, acquire, and engage users at scale is a plus.
  • Prior experience optimizing paid acquisition and retention channels.
  • You are adept in working with cross-functional teams including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative, and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
  • You are experienced in creating and executing innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
  • You consistently leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of the user.

  • Lead Product Growth: Re-create the consumer journey of Points + Pay and create new industry benchmarks with success rates. Lead Issuers and Acquirer products along with reporting, analytics, reconciliation, and settlement tools.
  • Go-Live: Own the end-to-end product go-live and work closely with business teams, merchant partners and technology teams.
  • Product Innovation: Launch new innovative Payment methods for customers that throttle customer delight and set new benchmark. Be on top of the voice of customers as well as the happenings in the competitive landscape and the industry as a whole.
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Work with the Business and account management team to define and run campaigns for popularizing and generating demand of Pay with Rewards at online and app-based merchants.

Requirements:
